AUSTIN, TEXAS 18 February 2021, OriGen Biomedical is headquartered in Austin, TX. Texas has experienced an unprecedented winter weather event that began on Thursday, February 11, 2021, and is ongoing at the time of this post. Due to the inclement weather on Thursday, February 11, 2021, OriGen ceased operations at headquarters mid-day. OriGen has remained closed. At this time, OriGen plans to resume limited operations mid-day Friday, February 19, 2021. OriGen Biomedical’s facility has not been directly impacted by power or water outages monitored via video feed and internet services.

Many of our employees have been impacted by the power and water outages, which are ongoing. As our operations return to normal and our employees are able to safely return to work, OriGen will update customers of any potential delays on orders. At this time, we do not anticipate any major delays once operations resume next week in order fulfillment. Thank you for your patience as we manage this disruption.
