While it was certainly challenging in many ways, this year has shown how strong OriGen is as an organization and how important each member of the team truly is. Between the ongoing pandemic, global supply chain issues, and a variety of other factors that most people and companies are facing, OriGen pushed forward for a successful 2021.
OriGen is grateful for everything our team has accomplished this year. OriGen currently has over 120 full-time employees and we are proud to say that we have kept a full workforce during these challenging times. We have been able to do this because of our strong purpose that each and everyone at OriGen takes great pride in, which is to create medical products which improve people’s lives.
Some high-level objectives that OriGen intends to focus on in 2022 and beyond include making continual process improvements that are data-informed, innovating quality medical device solutions that move medicine forward, and strengthening our organizational resilience to remain agile in current and future challenges.
OriGen will continue to improve and innovate for our cryopreservation, cell culture, and intensive respiratory care community. We are particularly excited about ’22, as we plan to introduce new and exciting products that will transform future possibilities for our core industries.
